Return & Exchange Policy

At DWO Services Printing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalized items unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Non-Custom Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dan@dwoprinting.com or call 906-282-9943 with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at dan@dwoprinting.com or 906-282-9943 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
